Mini-Episode 001: The Notorious B.I.G.

March 9th, 2017 was the 20th anniversary of the death of Chris Wallace, better know as The Notorious B.I.G., gunned down in a still-unsolved murder in Los Angeles, California. He influenced many current hip-hop artists as well as his contemporaries, and we feature some of his lesser-known tracks and interesting music connected to his legacy.

We discuss the similar tragedy of BIG L, and discover a release by 90's rockers LIVING COLOUR covered his song "Who Shot Ya" on a single of the same name in September 2016, which coincided with the 20th anniversary of the death of rival rapper and equally celebrated Tupac Shakur.

Featured are collaborations with WU-TANG CLAN, CRAIG MACK, LL COOL J, BUSTA RHYMES, and a remix featuring samples from BOB MARLEY from the 2005 Compilation "Duets: The Final Chapter"

We ARE gonna get Tony to sing SOMEDAY VERY SOON!
If Bieber is still allowed to make music, so are we!

This week, Tony and Joe go visit our friendly neighborhood PODCAST WHORE Clint for some fun conversations about stuff we nerd-out about...

Lots of talk pertaining to Comics, Movies, Concerts and Video Games. Shoutout to our fellow podcaster (and Sing With The Band regular, AND Clint's former roommate) Seth.

BTW did Tony say that ELP opened for KISS? We talk other concerts and odd band pairings, as well as some movies and comics and "Fearing the finger at 40"

Clint's Credentials (THREE PODCASTS! WOW!!!):
